Terms of use

Who to Follow Live is part of Fancy Little Software. These terms cover the creator discovery website and its companion apps. Contact the service using the support and reporting form. Read our privacy policy and refunds and cancellation information before creating an account or subscribing.

Discovery and third-party content

The directory aggregates sourced public information and broadcasts. Availability, biographies, audience figures and links can change. A listing is not an endorsement, verified identity or guarantee of availability. Source-reported audiences are not directly comparable across all platforms. Regional suggestions use reported languages and preferences, not verified creator locations.

Streams and external services remain subject to their providers’ terms. Follow creator on this site adds a creator to your Who to Follow collection; it does not follow or subscribe on another social platform. External platform actions are labelled with that platform’s name.

Your account and listing

Use an account you control and keep your connected sign-in methods secure. Provide information you have the right to submit. You can edit your details, choose whether to publish a creator listing, and remove that listing. Member-submitted social links do not imply verified ownership.

You keep the rights you hold in your submitted content. By choosing to publish it, you allow the service to store and display it to operate your listing until it is removed. This does not transfer ownership to us or give you ownership of third-party material.

Acceptable use and content

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonation, private information without permission, harassment, explicit sexual material or content exploiting minors. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, manipulate metrics or use contact details for spam. The After Hours section is for non-explicit adult-oriented streams and is excluded from advertising placements.

Report incorrect, infringing or inappropriate material through Contact & report. We can remove listings or restrict access for misuse, security issues or loss of required rights. Deleting an account is available in account settings; subscription cancellation is a separate action.

Free use, Pro and renewals

Public discovery and saving creators are free. Free research includes one active project with ten candidates, two saved searches and a two-way comparison preview. Pro includes ten active projects, fifty saved searches, three-way comparisons, notes, tags, decision statuses, revocable shortlist sharing and five hundred unique permitted creator exports per billing month. Re-exporting the same creator in that month does not spend another record. Your account-data download remains free.

Prices, currency and renewal interval are shown before purchase by the payment provider. Existing subscriptions retain their provider terms. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled; no free trial or automatic trial conversion is currently offered. PayPal website checkout is available only when an enabled offer and its price are displayed. We no longer offer new Lemon Squeezy subscriptions. Apple purchasing is available only in supported, enabled app releases. Proposed plans or future capabilities are not included unless expressly shown as available.

For an existing Lemon Squeezy subscription, use Manage or cancel Lemon subscription under Billing & usage in your research workspace. PayPal renewals can be cancelled under Billing & usage or in PayPal automatic payments. Apple subscriptions are managed through your Apple account. Deleting an account or app does not cancel billing. Paid access normally continues until the provider’s paid-through date. Your projects remain after a downgrade; extra projects become read-only and paid sharing and exports stop. Software, downloads and intellectual property

Open-source packages remain subject to their licences. See third-party notices. Source availability does not grant unrestricted rights to creator images, biographies or platform data.

You may use the service and provided app downloads for their stated discovery functions. No ownership in the service, third-party broadcasts, creators’ images, trademarks or underlying platform content is transferred. Do not redistribute third-party content without the required permission. Open-source software remains governed by its own licences. App installation and distribution may also be subject to Apple’s terms.

Saved searches and exported data are research tools, not a licence to republish every source asset or send unsolicited messages. The service does not promise uninterrupted feeds, a complete list of everyone live or a particular audience outcome.

Use Contact for account, purchase, rights or accessibility concerns. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to the product or these terms will be reflected here; review the current offering before making a purchase.
