Before you subscribe

What does the export allowance count?

One canonical creator counts once within the monthly allowance period. Re-exporting that creator during the same period consumes no additional allowance. Your billing screen shows usage and reset dates. Photos, biographies and unverified audience metrics are excluded from the research CSV.

What happens if I cancel or downgrade?

Provider-confirmed access continues until its paid expiry. Projects and notes are retained. Work above the Free allowance becomes read-only, and you can archive projects to choose what remains active. Share links stop serving when their subscription access expires.

Does Pro include live alerts or complete platform coverage?

No. Saved searches reopen filters. Monitoring and alerts are not included in this offer. Live discovery samples supported sources and shows only fresh, source-confirmed broadcasts.

Does saving a creator follow them on their platform?

No. Saving adds them to your Who to Follow account. External follows, creator subscriptions and player advertisements belong to the relevant platform.

Can I use an existing web subscription in the app?

Connect the same Who to Follow account in the supported app version. The shared workspace reads the same verified entitlement. App purchase availability depends on the released app and storefront. Separate provider subscriptions have separate billing; do not subscribe again if you already have access.
